E-Mediation – Online Mediation and Consultations (Virtual Attorney)
Virtual Attorney: e-Mediation for family law cases in Texas.
During this sensitive period, where most Texas counties are under Stay-in-Order, we offer virtual mediation.
This is for our client”s convenience – our way of helping our communities during this period.
For virtual mediation, attorneys and clients can use Zoom, Skype, and other online video options. Face-to-face meetings are not necessary. However, to ensure that all your questions are answered, we offer this option.
Consultations
I can’t get out of the house and drive to your office. How can I reach you? I have questions about my Order and need guidance.
If you have not watched any of our videos on Divorce Basics or Fight Fair – Child Custody version, then you should watch it.
The Supreme Court of Texas has issued an emergency order prohibiting judges from hearing non-judicial cases. Yes, that means, even uncontested cases. The goal is to avoid physical contact and thereby protect court staff from the Covid-19. We will continue to offer virtual attorney services and online mediation, until the supreme court lifts the order.
