Mediation

rachael aminu law mediation

Mediation Law refers to a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) where the parties to a lawsuit meet with a neutral third-party in an effort to settle their disputes. The third-party is called a mediator. Sometimes, a party needs an attorney-mediator to ensure fairness during negotiation or settlement. Your attorney-mediator ensures your voice is heard during the mediation. Since most cases involve both simple and complex legal matters, we bring our knowledge of the law to the table to assist in promoting justice and to fully advocate for our client’s best interest.
